Browser-Based Administration that allows for easy management of content by anyone who is familiar with surfing the Internet and using basic word processing programs. There is no need for your staff or site visitors to know programming when updating their respective content. This allows authorized staff members and site visitors to update, delete, and create new content based on a predefined template, and insert them into the website’s records.

Resume Management allows job seekers to register for an account, update their personal details, contact info, work experience, references, skill set and additional career related information, all of which helps employers match candidates with suitable vacancies through quick resume views and the resume database search based on key attributes in the candidates resume.

Automatic email alerts are triggered by key events in the job board cycle. These include ‘job applications, company registrations, email broadcasts and system notifications’.

Company Logo Upload allows employers to personalize job ads via logo insertions into the advertisements. File formats required are jpeg, gif, png following a 200/100 dimensions rule.

User management tools allow administrators to assign users to a company and add additional users to a company with ‘job posting’ security roles.

Registration tracking enables administrators to monitor the number of candidate registrations on the job board, summarizing applications registration date, country of residence, and latest job position.

Admin resume search enables site administrators to view and search all resumes in the database based on predetermined values.

Secure Administration that offers password protection to content management functions. Our sophisticated tool allows you to grant job posting rights to company users and grant only applicant tracking rights to additional users.

Employer account expiration dates allow administrators to grant trial access to prospective companies for a limited period of time only. This feature is especially useful in winning potential business from recruitment agencies and prospective employers.

Multiple sites running from 1 database grants individual domains connection access to the same main database, allowing job content to be displayed on any number of sites with their own customized look and feel (Note: Multiple sites require multiple licenses).

Email Address Masking allows Companies and Employers to choose whether to make public or withhold email addresses related to job applications, which prevents spammers from getting the email addresses of your employees when crawling your site.

Printable Pages and resumes enable administrators, companies and candidates to view a summarized version of their profile and print it, version 2.2 also allows for print to pdf.
